Accessing My Profile

To make edits to your account, you’ll log in to the PatientWing platform and by clicking My Profile in the left-hand menu.

Editing your Name

Your name appears when you update a patient’s profile, which helps us track changes to a patient’s profile during their enrollment process.

Displaying the Date & Time

You can update your time zone, along with preferred date & time formats in PatientWing to make all dates easy to read.

  1. Your time zone controls how times are shown in the platform. You’ll see this note to remind you which time zone you’re viewing updates in.

  1. You can update the date format to MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY/MM/DD. You’ll see all dates updated in the patient’s profile, the study management pages and the dashboard.

  1. The Hour Format options are either 12 Hour (AM/PM) or 24 Hour.

Other Collected Information

We collect other information about our users to help us better understand the clinical research industry. We’re reviewing what information we collect from our users, and are in the process of removing site coordinators’ birthdays as a requirement in the platform.
